Vanessa Larkin (she/her) is the Founder and CEO of Sage Resource Group, bringing a unique blend of strategic insight and operational expertise to the nonprofit sector. Leveraging a background in nonprofit administration and her years at the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Vanessa specializes in transforming complex federal mandates into clear, sustainable strategies for mission-driven organizations. Vanessa’s focus is on building internal capacity, ensuring compliance, and maximizing the effectiveness of programs and services. Additionally, Vanessa has expertise in federal housing programs including the Continuum of Care (CoC), ESG, and Housing Opportunities for Persons with HIV.
